Preparing and issuing temporary gate access by contractors using SAP system.
Sending Fax to the contractors approved temporary access and request materials quotations to the vendors.
Keeping hard copy files of Saudi Aramco employees and Contractors Employees.
Coordinate Cashier by Packing and Checking Items sold by consumers, Ex. Chocolates, Electronics, Liquor, Wine, Perfume and Etc.
Assisted Sales Attendant and Brand Attendant by dealing consumers to sell their Items.
During idle time assist Stockman by Loading and Unloading Boxes of Items need to be display inside the Stores. A Multi-Tasking Employees inside store area.

Responsible for Preparing Purchase Order for Saudi Aramco Project’s & Other Various Project.
Prepare (PO) Purchase order using (ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning System) for all Civil, Electrical & Mechanical material in order to procure all the requirements for all major and minor projects & Camp site.
Sending Inquiry or (RFQ) Request for Quotation against (PR) Purchase Request from all our projects & camp site to our all approved suppliers/vendors in Kingdom.
Preparing Cost Comparison for all quotations received from various to suppliers/vendors.
Preparing (PRF) Payment Release Form according to the terms of payments.
Coordinate with accounts department regarding the payment for our suppliers/vendors.
Preparing Contract for Pre-Fabricated Building for our Saudi Aramco Temporary Site Facilities Projects.
Preparing Foreign Purchase Order for our Sister Company NEWFAB-Saudi Company Pre-fabricated building company LLC, Etc.
Conduct security safety of the company by checking all the luggage & baggage of the guest and observing those suspicious moves of the person or guest.
Assisted the guest and accompanied to their rooms by bringing their luggage & baggage and guiding the guest.
