∗ Manages technical department in meeting goals and objectives.
∗ Coordinates and collaborate higher management and other departments in time of issues affecting department deliverables and objectives.

∗ Participates in inventory planning and management of spare parts.

∗ Performs technical skills in project management activities (preparation of project plan, implementation, start-up, testing, and commissioning) from pre-sale to project completion.
∗ Performs remote or on-site (field work) high degree technical support in system design, installation, preventive maintenance, operation, troubleshoot, and problem resolution.
∗ Ensures and improves the quality of support services by performing work quality inspection.
∗ Implements a knowledge based management program.
∗ Conducts training and development program through mentoring and coaching, technical lecture and hands-on approach, and releases technical advices.
∗ Evaluates product performance as to technical specification of company's trade products.
∗ Coordinates with our supplier's counterpart regarding defects found in their product.
∗ Monitors and maintains our corporate electrical and network facilities as such CCTV, UPS, Access Control System, power and lighting system, Air-conditioning system, PABX system, and local area network cabling.
∗ Provides report as require by either external or internal customer.
∗ Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
