•Independent self-correspondence both General and Business.
•Receiving and replying to emails on behalf of the senior Manager.
•Coordinate and liaison with other departments for smooth operations of day to day activities.
•Hands on experience in maintaining proper office filing system.
•Attending to customer queries.
•Co-ordination with other departments on routine office and administration matters
•Attending & screening telephone calls fixing appointments without conflicts
•Reporting directly to the higher Authority
•Cross checking documents & maintain proper filing
