•Ensure all new product developments and some recurring models always meet or exceed the established international Quality-specifications.
•Development of new line of models for annual world-wide tile-conference - ‘CERSAIE’.
•Plan, participate and execute trainings, seminars and workshops on an internal or external level.
•Conduct regular inventory analysis, identify product movement, excess stock and set plans to sell-out slow-moving units accordingly.
•Maintain cost efficiency at all times while not compromising on quality/deadlines/collaboration with third party and not to exceed approved budget.
