• To manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Calling online inquiry customers (website/social media) to inform about the features of the cars and set appointments for showroom visit.
• Calling old inquiries to understand if they are still in market to purchase. Accordingly make appointments for interested customers or understand reason for postponing/buying other brand from not interested customers for management analysis.
• Drafting & sending emails/SMS to unreachable customers.
• Calling new customers for Post delivery satisfaction survey.
• Entering customer feedback in dealer system and excel sheet

• Ageing analysis of stocks in hand - This report is derived from outputs of SAP and is vital for management decision making on future order quantities, thrust areas and also to analyze product specific penetration in each market.
• Sales analysis - This report is essentially to find out the billed quantity, gross sale and transaction margin country-wise.
• Order placement to procure stock - Order placements are done on SAP through the inward team. Apart from ensuring demand supply equilibrium, order placement is also used as a tool to claim rebate from vendors from time to time when properly planned.
• Initiating price protection claims - To keep strict vigil on price drop to enable make timely claims to minimize loss.
• Daily reports & include preparation of Stock analysis report, Chanel inventory report, customer-wise sales report, stock transfers and product code creation for new models.
