Pre-Dialysis Assessment

•Technical Assesment

Assessment of the machine for temperature, conductivity and proper functioning of the patient safety measures. It also involves the selection of appropriate dialyzer and Dialysate bath and preparation of access under ascetic technique.
•Intradialytic Monitoring

This includes recording vital parameters and constant observation for complications such as hypotension, cramps, anaphylactic reaction, fever, homodynamic stability, dialysis disequilibrium syndrome etc.
•Termination of hemodialysis: Return of the blood as per the protocol.

•Post - Dialysis Assessment - Monitoring vital parameters, weight, weight loss, access evolution and homodynamic status.

•Maintenance hemodialysis

•Continuous Rental Replacement Therapy & both CAVH and CVVH

•Plasmapheresis

•Operating Maintenance & Monitoring of RO Water plant

•Reprocessing of dialyzer by using machine and reprocessing of dialyzer & tubing’s manually

•Monitoring adequacy of dialysis with repect to KT/V & URR

•Temporary access catheter Removal

•Able to handle the dialysis department and all procedures independently.
