DESCRIPTION: Working with a TPI company providing inspection services to clients in both
resident inspector and on-call inspector capacities, depending on the Notification of Inspection
(NOI). Responsibilities included:
• Conducting inspections and witnessing tests as per approved standards and client
specifications.
• Ensuring compliance with codes, standards and project requirements.
• Preparing inspection reports and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Maintaining objectivity and impartiality in all inspection activities.

• Well familiar with the ASME Codes (Section - II, V, VIII & XI), Welding processes (SMAW,
GTAW, MIG & SAW) & also basic of EN Standards.
• Well familiar with Aramco Standards Regarding Pressure Vessels & Tanks.
• As per approved ITP attained different Stage wise inspection activities likes Fit-up
Fabrication, Final Dimensions, Hydro test, Surface preparations & Painting Inspection
internally as well as inspection witness with TPI / Aramco / AI.
• Welding surveillance, Monitoring the entire Fabrication and Welding activities in shop
floor and issue of Non-Conformance Report (NCR) whenever necessary.
• Inspection of Welding consumables as well as daily review Consumables Backing and
holding Register as per Consumables handling procedures.
• Inspection of Dished Heads after forming as per ITP internally as well as Joint inspection
with TPI / Aramco / AI.
• Raw materials Inspection as per ASME Sec. II Part A/B/C and make reports (MSR). Also
review Test certificates according TDC, ASME Code & Aramco Standards requirements.
• Preparation of WPS, PQR & WQT.
• Different Physical and chemical Lab test witnessed and Reviewed Report as per ITP /
Material standard requirements.
• Pre-Inspection according to Final Check list & approved drawing before dispatch.
• Weekly attain meeting for Analysis of Shop floor Re-work & Prevention action.
• Played major role in managing high profile quality team there by ensuring high
productivity.
• Sharing my knowledge to subordinates.

• Prepare test package documents (ITP, test reports etc.)
• Inspection of the EPs alignment & Elevation with the respective drawings
• Prepared working procedures and inspection &test records by their PNAEG standards
• Performing quality control assessments and ensuring that the pipelines comply with all
technical and safety regulations.
• Check for weld joint preparations, fit-up alignment, dimensional tolerances and visual
check on weld.
• Managed the stage and final inspection of the following works such as IC liner Fabrication
& Erection, Wall and Floor liners of Reactor building and reactor auxiliary building rooms,
Embedded parts of Wall and floor Modules, Tank support frames Fabrication and
erection, Support beams fabrication with their respective drawings
• Prepare Test Packs for Piping Hydro static testing
• Developed and implemented quality control procedures to ensure met customer
specifications
• Maintained accurate records related to test results inspections calibration

Worked in a Structural fabrications, Piping, Skid Fabrications,
Fabrication/repair/alterations of ASME certified Pressure Vessels/Storage Tanks/Heat
Exchanger.

• Construction Structural works and their respective NDT requirements
