Maintenance project for DEWA Pumping
Stations under GENINT, Abudhabi
Work Included-
• Coordinating a team for Pumping station maintenance.
• Maintenance of VFD, Air Circuit Breakers, Pumping station panels.
• Submitting monthly reports to DEWA.
• Coordinating subcontractors for annual maintenance schedules.
• Trouble Shoot Major Faults in Systems
and rectify as soon as possible
• Planning and Prepare the Work Schedule as per the periodic maintenance
schedule
Work Included-
• Supervise the job of building electrical wiring & Installation
Commissioning and Troubleshooting of ups.
• Coordinating a team for building DB panel installation
Work Included-
• Checking, Repairing and Trouble shooting of Electrical equipments, such
as Motors, Generators, Storage batteries, Panels, controllers, switches and
other Electrical fixtures and appliances
Musanada Western Region Project under
GENINT, Abudhabi
Work Included-
• Project sites including cities-SILA, GAYATHI, DELMA in Abu Dhabi.
• MEP & Civil Maintenance of existing 54 Government Sites under
MUSANADA
• Coordinated and successfully submitted the Asset Condition Surveyreport
to MUSANADA within the time given.
• Coordinated and submitted the Snag Survey to MUSANADA
• Coordinating the project using CAFM system.
• Updating MUSANADA with Project reports.
• Attending weekly meetings with MUSANADA.
• Keeping performance as per KPI standards.
• Maintaining teams for Preventive Maintenance and Quick Troubleshooting.
• Scheduling training for Supervisors and Technicians under required
circumstances.
• Giving high importance for HSE.
• Coordinating subcontractors for specific works in site.
Project Team Leader -DEWA Pumping Stations
GENINT, Abudhabi
Work Included-
• Maintenance of Tele platform, Frequency Convertors, Capacitor Banks,
Cranes, Generators, Emergency Lighting System, Hangar Doors, Gas
Sensors, Pumps, Compressors, Charging Systems, Grounding System.
• Calibration of gas sensors
• Installation of Safety Sensors for Tele Platform, Gas sensors, WaterLevel
Transducers
• Troubleshooting for Tele platforms, Capacitor Banks, Load Banks, Light
Sensors, Frequency Convertors, Generators, Cranes, Pumps
• Performing required Engineering activities in close coordination withteam
members
• Assigning the duty to the right Sub Contractors under required situations
• Monitoring the project site on regular intervals
• Updating the authorities about the status of the project
• Giving high priority for Health, Safety & Quality
• Giving training for the required workers
Other than this airport project, I have involvement in my company’s other projects
like Pumping Stations of DEWA, ADCP Buildings, Rihan Heights, Tawasul Store
area, Dubai Marina Residential Tower.
