Collaborated with digital transformation teams to implement, improve, and develop Power BI based tools essential for tracking key performance indicators for the sales organization at a daily, monthly, and yearly frequency.
• Trained, guided, and educated staff on the use of MIS, importance of financial metrics and ensuring compliance to internal reporting timelines.
• Established an influential network by organizing Shell’s all India Finance Confluence event in Chennai.
