Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate programs of assigned engineering Works and projects.
Responsible for construction, commissioning and maintenance works on different types of Electrical, Instrument Works.
Deals with Electrical and Instrument drawings, data sheets, I/O wiring diagrams, P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), SLD Drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs.
Good Knowledge in use of different testing equipment’s for testing and calibration.
Oxy approved Authorized person to prepare PTW, Risk Assessment and Isolation for all works in Oil Wells.
Have Knowledge to handle Maximo software to plan and close work order.
Good Knowledge on Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Zero Hour Maintenance and Periodic maintenance for Electrical and Instrument related tasks.
QA/QC co-ordination, preparing and completing ITP’s & ITR’s forms.
Assist OXY VFD, Electrical and Instrument Teams during construction and commissioning Jobs.
Assigns and coordinates work to Drafters, Designers, and Engineers.
Have Good Knowledge on Quality Standards of materials used in Oil Field.
Assist OXY Engineer to determine the site conditions and coordination.
Worked with planning specialist for man hours in different location.
Conduct Toolbox Talk and Safety meeting on Risk Assessment for team members.
Have good experience in Electrical and Instrumentation works .
Have passed Engineering in First Class from Kerala University
