I am currently in an acting role of Senior Network Security Consulting Engineer and internal pre-sales.
•Handling Network & Security projects for various customer across UAE and Europe in multiple sectors like Government, Healthcare, Education, Media & Entertainment, Hospitality, Real Estate.
•Designing converged networks for Data networks, Wireless networks, video conferencing, broadcast engineering with IP networks, virtual & cloud computing and Security networks.
•Carry out proof of concept trails and technology demonstrations for the customers/partners which involves network and Security products.
•Preparation of complete detailed technical proposal includes design schematic drawings / system architecture, compliance.
•Preparing projects specification compliance sheet, RFPs and BOQs.
•Excellent communicator with non-technical business need units.
•Carrying out pre-sales & hands-on technical training\presentations for customers, Developed projects Scopes - (SOW) and prepare proposals to support sales teams.
•Acting as account manager which includes project management for premium customers for last 1 year.
•Managing a Team to allocate right skilled resource for a given task.
•Creating Designs documents (HLID & LLID) and Implementation plan for Network and Security products, Data centre design, ISP connectivity.
•Dedicated professional with proven track record of enhancing effective customer relationship through exceptional service.
•Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and ZTNA concepts and Hands-on experience with ZTNA technologies such as Fortinet SASE.
•Delivery of technology solutions successfully which involves POC's, Deployment & Implementation of Technologies such as Cisco ASA,
