◆ Oversaw and reported the major News developments across South India. The continuous crisis in Andhra Pradesh over the Telengana and Jagan issues has been a significant achievement where NewsX got some exclusive coverages.

◆Played a key role in launching, News and News based programming on Zee Kannada
◆ Produced over 2000 episodes of current affairs programmes for the channel in genre of Lifestyle, politics, supernatural, business and cookery.
◆ Contributed over 40%of TRPS in 15 % of time space allotted for News based programming.
◆ Played a key role in brand promotional activities at Zee Kannada. Including the Zee Kannada awards instituted by the channel.
Also initiated several marketing and channel promotion initiatives including the handkerchief campaign which has been registered as Limca record for the biggest signature campaign on handkerchiefs.

◆ Responsibilities during the tenure included setting up News programming on Zee Bharathi and Kaveri Channels, the Tamil and Kannada subsidiaries of Zee network.
◆ Set up recruited and trained the News gathering team/production teams in co-ordination with Zee News Noida. The initiative also pioneered several firsts in the vernacular Televison News space including a Marathon Live coverage of Tamil Nadu elections 2001 extending to 42 hours and the first ever budget analysis in Kannada space on Kaveri.
◆ Reported on field for Zee News limited from all the Southern states, and several assignments abroad.
