1).Collecting the production plan and ensure control plan, drawing gauges and instruments are available for inspectors, if it is not available made available.
2). Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines SPC Techniques, Hourly Tracking.
3). Ensuring the inspectors of performing their job with process documents.
3).Display one point lesson and quality alert for complaints & major Quality issues.
4).Ensure no deviations in processes, Ensure inspector’s actual job, Monitor inspector, performance hourly basis.
5). Involving in DIR, analysis the root cause and initiating actions for the in house rejection.
6). Inspector skill enhancement through continuous training and development, developing multiskill.
7). Ensure the MSA for all inspectors.
8). Periodic review of control plan and drawing and initiate amendments if it requires.
9). Approve material tested(by NDT methods) reports.
10). Communication to supplier quality in case of any raw material quality issue.
11). Communication of customer complaint to team and involving in 8D analysis
12). Participate in New product development.
13). Preparing PPAP For the development part and taken the approval from Customer.
14). Ensure the correct process flow for the development part.
1). BE in Mechanical Engineering with 68.27% from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, India. 2). ASNT LEVEL II IN UT, PT, MPT, RT.
