Project : 1.2 MTPA Pellet Plant. Donimalai, Karnataka.

Project : 4X660 MW Dahej Thermal Power Plant at Dahej, Bharuch (Dt)

Responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System to ensure efficient implementation of Project/contract’s Requirements.
•Maintain regular contact with the Consultant/Client/Contractor’s Engineers to promote the effective implementation of Quality Control Procedures and prevention of Quality related Problems.
•Conducts regularly effective Quality Control Checks with consultant/contractor in the Site as per approved drawings and Project technical Specifications.
•Maintains full Traceability records of Quality Control for ISO requirements including issuing FQ instructions in case of Non Conformity of activities with the project requirements.
•Involved in First, second and third party Audits and reporting to managements.
•Taking necessary preventive and corrective actions to mitigate quality issues at site.
•Prepares FQP, ITP, Method statements, Formats as per Project specifications and Relevant National and International Codes.
•Submitting various materials for approval as per PTS to the Consultant/Client and follow up until approval.
•Conducting material inspection for the material delivered by various vendors.
•Preparation of Fortnight/ Monthly Quality Report.
•Carrying Concrete Mix Designs as per IS code for various Grades of Concrete and conducting trail Mixes.
•Involved in regular Quality Control Activities like testing of Coarse Aggregates, Fine Aggregates, Cement, Grouts, backfill material, Bricks in the site lab, and sampling of Water, reinforcement Steel for Testing by the Third party material Testing Agencies.
•Calibration and regular Inspection of Concrete Mixing Plant as well as Equipments kept in the laboratory such as CTM.
•Supervision and control of Concrete Batching Plant and the Concrete dispatched till its proper placement.
•Conducting inspection for Post tensioning of RCC activities.
•Preparation and submission of Project handing over documents such as Operation and maintenance manuals, spare part lists, spare part materials, etc. in attaining TOC.

Responsibilities as

Analysing, Planning and execution of Various Construction Activities.
•Preparing the DPR and MPR to monitor the Progress of the work.
•Interacting with the Engineers of the Client to ensure the Quality of the work and to meet the Planned Schedule of the Project.
•Managing the Work force and ensuring them to execute the work with necessary Safety Precautions.
•Interacting with the sub contractors and Material Suppliers to ensure the Quality of the workmen ship and quantity of the work and materials.
