Responsibilities:

 Responsible for Olectra - BYD Electric buses sales for given Customer Accounts.
 Pursue with Government to float Tenders- Lead Generation Activity.
 Attending Pre-bid, Post-bid meetings and pursuing with Customers.
 Review on Technical and Commercial aspects of Tenders.
 Participation in Price negotiations, closing deals, collection of Letter of Awards.
 Working on draft Contract agreement and Signing with Customers.
 Tender vide Competition product analysis and study.
 Execution of product displays activities at Auto Expos, Demos, Trials & Events.
 Handling legal issues in judiciary w.r.t Sales, briefing case to Advocates.
 Assistance to Advocates in preparation of inputs for Legal petitions.
 Circulation of Customer requirements to Design Teams & follow ups.
 Coordination for Vehicle Inspection, Identification of gaps, Delivery management.
 Single point of contact for Olectra Product, Sales, Design, Purchase, Logistics, Homologation and Finance departments.
 Preparation of Project Tracker in coordination with various departments and freezing same in consultation with BYD Team.
 Review Project Tracker on daily basis to identify the bottleneck and mapping bottle necks, assignment of tasks to various team members as per pre-defined scope.
 Preparation of Sales Contracts, Letter of Credits, Purchase Orders for BYD.
 Preparation, review and modifications in Olectra- BYD Agreements i.e. Cooperation Agreement, After sales support Agreement, Consortium Agreements.
 Preparation, review and modifications in Olectra Bus Body builder Agreements, Non-dis closure Agreements, Dealer Network Agreement, Operator agreements.

Achievements:

 2016: Successfully organized and conducted LHS Midi electric bus trial at Manali-Rohtang pass route, first ever E bus that has plied at an altitude of 14, 000 ft.
 2016: Received India’s first electric bus order from BEST, Mumbai for supply of 6 Midi 9mtr Electric buses along with charging infra.
 2017: Received 9mtr 25 Midi electric bus order from HRTC, Shimla for supply and AMC for 7 years along with charging infra.
 2017: Homologated India’s first 12m Electric bus & 9m Midi electric bus at Automotive Research Association of India- ARAI, Pune.
 2018: Received orders from BMTC, Bangalore-150 no’s, TSRTC, Hyderabad-100 no’s & BEST, Mumbai- 40 electric buses for Olectra in 2018.
 Successfully conducted electric bus trials at CTU-Chandigarh (2016), TSRTC-Hyderabad (2017), KTCL-Goa (2018), TTD-Tirumala (2018).
