• Collaborating with the business team to understand the entire scope of the project (Product / service),
contracts, tenders, technical & commercial offers.
• Coordinating with customers to gather their requirements and working closely with Design Office during study,
design & realization phases.
• Holding a project kick-off meeting to present the contract terms and conditions, key project milestones, and
deliverables to the project group members.
• Responsible for preparing Project schedule & Project budget. Establishing a list of project milestones and
deliverables, including their status and completion dates.
• Tracking progress of project tasks by type (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Methods, Scheduling, Production,
Testing, Delivery, Commissioning) and identifying the champion responsible for each task.
• Managing project risks, including identifying potential risks &tracking their status (open, closed, pending) and
implementing action plans to resolve them. Managing change requests and maintaining a history of all changes.
• Organizing meetings with project stakeholders, getting approval from stakeholders for variations, documented
lessons learnt for future projects.
• Creating & documenting project reports; testing procedures, managing project deliverables - BOM, Pre delivery
inspection, Factory Acceptance test, Technical Evaluation & Site Acceptance
• Tracking project costs, including comparing projected costs to actual costs for Engineering, Material, Manpower,
Project Management, etc.
• Working with certification companies & Quality Team to acquire product certificate to ensure that the product
meets the quality, reliability & safety standards . Monitoring quality metrics to track supplier and production
performance.
• Ensure continuous coordination with the customer from the tender stage till handover about the status and
progress of each step of the project

• Planned & executed engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning within
