19. Submission of invoices, clearing ex exceptions, handling the factory petty cash & make sure suppliers got their payment on time.

1. Monitoring & review processes inventory audit, operation audit, warehouse audit, fixed asset audit and vendor audit to ensure process adherence.
2. Process efficiency and data accuracy analysis.
3. Preparation of Process Dashboard for the Management.
4. Develop checklist & process to streamline processes resulting in improved accuracy.
5. Drafting & documenting the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
6. Conduct process & training and recurrent training for teams.

11. Analysis of stock movements from Vendor vs Warehouse vs Store in SAP.
12. Conducting review meets on weekly and monthly basis to identify the GAP in the process.
13.Heading the team in south quality for both the store & warehouse audits.
14. Develop and implement process enhancements and lead continuous process improvements.

1. Heading the Internal Audit process across ROM Region ( Pune, Nagpur, Nasik, Aurangabad & Kolhapur) which includes 122 CCD Cafes, 92 CDX Outlets, 4 SCMs, 6 Centralized Kitchens & 1 Hub Office.
2. Responsible for proper Audit planning, execution, maintaining Audit standards, reports on integrity & implementation of processes.
3. MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance analysis on budgeted Vs actual data.
4. Analysis and projection of working capital needs by internal audit review to provide assurance to the management on compliance of processes uniformly.
5. Develop policies, standards and guidelines in respect of accounting procedures, concepts and methodologies.
6. Advise in decision making, framing of policies, cost rationalization by providing an independent analysis.
7. Identification of improvement areas to enhance, simplifies, automate controls as well as improve process efficiency.
8. Regularization of Accounts with respective to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, Investments, Revenue recognition and Fixed Asset & Inspects accounting systems to determine their efficiency and protective value.
9. Foresee future fraud threats to the organization & Implementation of proactive measures to check pilferage & to prevent them.
10. Deploying accepted tools and techniques to make audit process efficient and providing recommendations that are value adding and practical / significantly improve on current operations.
11. Keeping track of security / fraud cases and ensures action taken, so cases can be closed in time.
12. Formulating and conducting Fraud Prevention training at zone level Process Audit, taking daily reporting of team and responsible for action plans for incidents with team performance.
13. Assets verification and movement tracking, Ensure appropriate usage to provide the highest level of assurance in an efficient manner.
