• Managed the content and digital workflows for multiple broadcasters,
including the Hotstar, Disney, Tern, Warner Bros., ICC, Cricket Australia,
HooQ, News Corporation-owned STAR TV, SONY Music, Viacom 18
(Voot), BCCI, IPL, ZEE TV, A & E TV Network and Netflix.
• Identifying issues in media files related to audio, video and sorting
through possible solutions in timely manner.
• Creating new workflows for manual and automation process for all the
applications as per client requirement.
• Co-coordinating with clients to resolve their queries over profile,
workflow creation for manual and automation, failing of media files in
applications.
• Transcoding Tool : Elemental, Rhozet Manager, FFMPEG, Digital Rapids,
ICR.
• Automated QC : Baton AQC, Cerify, Vidchecker.
