Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd - Mumbai. Online Payment collection systems
Migrated manual systems to fully computerized methods by creating application for online payment collection systems across MTNL payment collection centers. Updated he collections data on-line to the decentralized Oracle database running on UNIX servers located at 9 areas in Mumbai. The connectivity was through the MTNL provided leased lines. Systems also include computerization of Pre connection, post connection process and customer care.
