I had been teaching graduate students in Jazan University for 7 years. I have great enthusiasm to do research. As I was course coordinator for Graduation research, I used the opportunity to motivate students to think critically.
I also did some special research studies and made the students present the findings in the University Competition.
Prior to that I had been teaching the trainers in GIRH&FWT for 20 years.

The degree is from Women's Studies department of Alagappa University, Karaikudi. I used feminist theories to analyse the novels of Margaret Atwood. As there is no option in the city names for Karaikudi, I have selected Chennai. Further the Phd Degrees are given grading . The research project is evaluate and recommended for award after an interactive viva-voce examination in a open forum
This one year course was done by me on a regular basis in the Gandhigram Institute. The cours eenriched my skill in Adult Education methods, field research, communication and needs assesment.
I did this through distance education (Postal) mode as this would help me in improving the research skillin Education and development.
M phil course is pre-research course conducted after Post- Graduation course.
I completed BA in the 1979. At that time they were not grading. I got third Class. The college was in Tirunelvelli. where I studied at that time was affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj Univesity
