•Studying of Architectural construction drawings, tender drawings, shop drawings if any discrepancy clarifying with consultant /client, submitting R f i before starting of work
•Execution and supervision of Civil works of substructure piling, Shoring, pilecaps, concrete slabs and platforms, Erection of Steel structure for roof and internal steel structures with Fire rated paintings •Procurement of materials.
•Snagging and de snagging of works with consultant to hand over to client.
•Execution of Architectural building works architectural works of construction of Block work and internal flooring and Fire rated painting, flooring, Ceiling Finishes , snagging and de snagging of works until hand over.
•Execution of interlock works, screeds, parking sheds, landscaping works.
•Ensure safety according to HSE plans (Health and Safety Environment.)
•Ensuring work execution with approved materials and chopped drawings
•Ensuring the work progress as per the approved method statements
•Coordinate field activities with design changes and internal scheduling
