JOB PROFILE
• Conducts HR recruitments and developments.
• Conducting preliminary interviews at our office directly or over phone.
• Informing the selected candidates and coordinate with them for joining with the company.
• Provided necessary recruitment strategies.
• Creating the job descriptions.
• Arrange & coordinate with P.R.O for visa (work permit, husband sponsored visa, visit visa etc.) for Staff.
• Responding to staff queries on Visa/ Labour permits/ Passport & Salary related matters.
• Ensure all visa, medical and labour permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
• Ensures effective hiring procedures.
• Provided development towards newly appointed employee directing them for assessment preparation.
• Responsible for the developments of staff through job evaluations
• Implements the HR policies that are in place.
• Advises management on various HR problems and how to handle them.
• Enforce standards by working through the supervising officers within the system.
• Monitoring the implementation of standards and provide timely feedback to the respective heads of units.
• Arranging the Flight Tickets for the New Hire and vacation
• Preparing Final Settlement.
• To establish a staff coordination in the company.
• Introduced new work processes, which improved work efficiency.
• Propose innovations for continuous improvement in the quality of services.
• Ensure adequate preparation for visits by external regulatory bodies.
• Able to motivate the team members efficiently and bring about their co-ordination in various work processes in the company.
• Maintaining Employee attendances.
• Participating in weekly meeting with the team manager.

Arrange/handle director’s itinerary schedule, meetings, appointments, emails and screening
telephone calls.
● producing a variety of documents (letters, reports, presentations). Structuring reports in Word and
Presentations in PowerPoint.
● Prepare and assist the Director for his own division regarding Management System Procedure.
● Work with the other PA’s/Secretary’s to ensure a first class support service is in place and sharing
knowledge & ideas to improve ways of working.
● Coordinate with Admin Department to ensure the availability of human resources on time and as
the project needs.
● Coordinate with the Admin. Dept in all matters pertaining to petty cash and sites - staff salaries
issues/discrepancies.
● Handling Office administration /requirements, IT related issues, internal co -ordination and
communication.
● Maintaining records of staff attendance /sick & annual leave so as to always manage an efficient
team to work on site around the Project.
● Liaising with Senior Manager and Projects Managers.
