Key Deliverables:

 WORKING WITH A GLOBAL MAJOR IN ADHESIVE TECHNOLOGY, FOR THEIR PERFORMANCE TAPE DIVISION
 Developing distribution network for adhesive tapes across Gujarat and Madhya pradesh.
 Developing Automobile OEM'S, Tier, Converters, Electronic goods, Electrical Components, Elevator manufacturers, Paper printing industry, Label manufacturers, Clean room fabricators, Aluminium Composite panel fabricators, Membrane switch and Emblems manufacturers, Transformers and MV switch gear.
 Developing base for Avery Products other than automobile industry which is main target market for Avery.
 Preparation of annual budget for my region and implementing it.

Achievements & Accomplishments:

 Developed first dealers in Gujarat region for our products. Till date I have appointed 5 dealers in different cities across the two state who have started giving business.
 We didn’t have any industrial appearance, so along with dealer we have started working in Automobile, Electrical, Genset Manufacturers.
 Current clients handled are Ford Motors, Mate Motherson (Sanand), Supreme treves, Yangeng Visteon etc.

 Developing Dealer Market for our Electrical range products in Gujarat region.
 Working with Automobile OEM’s, Metro Train manufacturers, Cable industry, Textile industry, Elevator manufacturers, Baby diapers manufacturers, Electrical components, Laser Technology, Paper and printing industry, Label manufacturers, Electronics Goods, Pouch Packaging, FMCG, Home Appliances, Building and Construction, transformers industry, Windmill energy, PCB manufacturers and many more.
 Preparation of quarterly budget for my region and implementations.
 Planning and organizing training programs for dealers.
 Developing base for Nitto Products other than automobile industry which is main target market for Nitto and it has the largest presence.
 Promoting of NVH products in Automobile and construction division.

 Developed first dealers in Gujarat region for our products. Till date I have appointed 4 dealers in different cities across the state who have started giving business.
 We didn’t have any industrial appearance, so along with dealer we have started working in FMCG, electrical, Windmill energy.
 Current clients handled are Tata Motors (Sanand), Bombardier, Windar Energy, Hitachi Life Solutions etc.

 Marketing and selling Electrical insulation tapes across Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
 Also selling products like Labels and vinyl stickers in above mentioned states.
 Handling three states single handedly, visiting all the regions in every two months to monitor the smooth running of business and troubleshooting problems.
 Selling around ninety varieties of different tapes and thirty varieties of self adhesive labels.
 Working with transformers industry, Picture tube industry, Shoe industry, Generator manufacturers, Automobile manufacturers, Windmill energy, PCB and Capacitors manufacturers and many more.
 Was handling Eighteen Dealer and Seven Agents across three states.
 Also looking for Sales activities for OEM’s, Government and Railway Tenders.
 I have a good hold in market, and having a customer base of companies like ABB, Schneider, Alstom, L&T, Essar, Enercon, JCT electronics, Jyoti Motors, Gujarat electricity board to name a few.
 Preparation of Annual budget for my region and implementations.
 Planning and organizing training programs for dealers and agents in every six months at HO.
 Leading the company in major Engineering and Electrical Exhibitions across the country.
 Developing new suppliers for the supply of Raw materials for tapes and labels.

Achievements & Accomplishments:

 Under my direction CGPPI has achieved a massive growth of 300% in sales of Adhesive tapes in period of just two years in Gujarat and Rajasthan.
 Also added some of the prime customers like L&T, Schneider, JCT Electronics, Essar Steel in our portfolio.
 Adhesive Label business has grown from 0% to 30% in my region.
 Achieving successfully set annual targets in my region.
 Successfully Launched 7 new products in 2012-13.
 Gave the highest sale of newly launched three products in financial year 2012-13.
 Appointed 16 dealers and 7 agents during my tenure.
 Got approval from Railways for the supply of Labels.
 Had brought back seven lost customers.

Had my Summer internship project with Pavit Ceramics of VPJ industries were I had done Market Research & Analysis On Awareness Of Exterior Vitrified Small Format Tiles In Metro, Non Metro Cities.
