• Financial Statement Analysis and Financial Reporting

• Month end Meeting with managing partner to develop business, financial status and growth strategies
Review & analysis of financial statements
Budgets & Costing of shipments and menu item.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
Ensure enough cash flow to meet company’s short term and long term liabilities.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
Liaise with External Auditors to ensure pre audit requirement maintained as per IFRS
Supervise HR Department, Logistics Department, IT Department and coordinate with Operations for healthy financial stability of company.
Manage, Collaborated and retain relationships with various local and overseas vendors, Banks
Ensure companies revenue and expenditure are balanced
Manage Financial Controls and Implement Accounting procedure & its transparency
Assuring Financial, legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations
All other duties assigned by CEO according to
Visit Overseas branches, Implement, Co ordinate & analysis of overseas accounting procedure and performance (GCC)
Preparation of financial statements, its related schedule.
Coordinate financial auditing and fulfill all pre audit requirements as per IFRS.
Preparation of Income and Expenditure Budgets.
Supervise day to day works of outlet
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable dpt
Prepare sales strategy for customers according to their Payment
Resolve accounting discrepancies. Corporate Internet Banking
Other duties as assigned by Managing Partner.

Make effective Accounting system for Company
Preparation of financial statements, its related schedule.
Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

Petty cash handling, Costing of shipments & Corporate Internet Banking
Resolve accounting discrepancies, Surprise Auditing of Branches
Other duties as assigned by Executive Director.
Trade Facility and its renewals, Drafting Project report
Analysis of sales trend, inventory Control & Surprise Cash Audit at Branches
Supervise, Verify and Approve HR Dpt works including WPS
Active Management Team Member for Fitout and Opening of New Outlets Ezdan Mall Wakra, Kharafa & Landmark Mall
Implement effective accounting system for Company, CEO personal rental property mgt.
Book keeping. Preparation of financial statements, its related schedule.
Preparation of financial statements, its related schedule.
Preparation of Payroll. Coordinate financial auditing and fulfill all pre audit requirements as per IFRS.
Preparation of Income and Expenditure Budgets.

Surprise verification of physical cash and inventory as per HO instructions with Audit Scope.
Overseas branch visit in Bahrain (from Dec-07 to Apr-10) &Coordinate with branch accounting activities with Head office in Qatar.
