1) With Unique System F Z E, Sharjah, UAE (as Quality Control Engineer from 21 November 2010 to till date)
NATURE OF JOB
➢ Inspect the work for conformity as per approved ITP, shop drawing and Method statement.
➢ Quality inspections (Incoming Material inspection, Fit Up & Welding inspection, NDT, painting and coating inspection, Dimensional measurement, Final inspection, Hydro testing or Load testing) and preparation of Quality Documentation
➢ Read and understand the Isometric, Structural and P&I Drawings and check for the conformity
➢ Preparation of WPS and qualification of Welders,
➢ Preparation of standard operating procedures for the department,
➢ Preparation of ITP, Testing procedures, and standards for the products.
➢ Co-ordinate with third party like DNV, Lloyds and ABS, quality inspection
➢ documentation review in Oman Slope & Sludge facility tank and piping project,
➢ Project management Quality inspection of subcontracted jobs like PVHO (Pressure Vessel For Human Occupancy) manufacturing, LAUNCH & RECOVERY SYSTEM manufacturing and Storage, Slop and sludge TANK manufacturing.
➢ Design of DIVING Equipment and Design Audit As per IMCA rules
➢ Auditing of manufacturing processes and testing as per IMCA and customer requirements.
➢ Standardization of products DIVING Equipments and Preparation of Manuals for the structural and instrumentation integration and working principles.
➢ Preparing project schedule in MS Project.
➢ Assisting production for technical support,
➢ Coordination with other departments,
➢ Drawing and design review, Quality Assurance Programs,
➢ Attend NCR and Punch Points and customer feed backs.
➢ Updating of standards and implementation in the products.
➢ Quality inspection & documentation of Saturation Diving System Mobilization, Client Training & offshore Manned Diving Test.
Quality Co-Ordination of project details with Project manager & client.
Confirm the Project Quality plan and ensure the QC activities. CO-Ordination With Third party.
Conformance of project Requirement & Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
Project Procedure and standard Evaluation & Project scheduling & planning Based on the quality plan.
Define the AX (Axcepta) ERP System procedures, Conduct Internal Auditing.
Vendor Survey & Inspection.
Diving System Auditing.
FMEA & HAZOP Assessment as per IMCA & other international Standards
Confirmation of the scope of work and define suitable method statements for projects and work orders.
Define the quality control procedure including ITP and test procedure and FAT protocols
Identify the standards, national or international regulations, clients specific requirement.
3) With Asianic Engineering Corporation, as QC in charge at reliance refinery, Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. (After Diploma) (1 September 2006 to 31 July 2007)
NATURE OF JOB
➢ Follow up the piping works to complete as per schedule and approved drawings
➢ Review and audit the Internal Procedures
➢ Check the weld radiographs, forward it to consultant and client and interact with their engineers for getting approvals from them.
➢ Control foreman and labors to complete the job as per the schedule.
➢ Verification &Application of WPS&PQR.
➢ Examination of welder qualification & certification.
➢ Preparation of Quality Documentation and Attending the Audits.
➢ Attending and closing of NCR and Punch points.
➢ Arranging testing and inspection and co ordinate with client
• B-TECH in Mechanical Engineering (with 67% aggregate) from University of CALICUT, INDIA (2007- 2010 Batch)
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (with 76% aggregate) from Technical Board, Kerala. (2003-2006 Batch)
