Implement all the necessary documentation required in the fulfilment of activities such as leasing, renewals, moving in, moving out and renovation
Provided potential residents a tour of the property answered any questions they may have and encouraged them to become future residents

and rent. Oversee the handover and takeover process of the apartments with the landlord and employees,
process the renewal or termination of the lease, based on the requirements of the requesting parties.
❖ Oversee the timely monitoring, follow up and receipt for all collections, receivables and deposits from
Tenants. Forward to the legal team, any delayed and unresolved collections and receivables for legal actions.
❖ Oversee the utilities invoices for the both group owned and rented properties, ensuring timely
communication to tenants and the timely payment for group rented properties. Ensure that the kahrama bills
for the rented properties, for which tenants are responsible, are forwarded to the respective tenants for timely
payments. Settle kahrama issues in the group rented properties including payment and withdrawal and
deposit
