This job role looked into the planning, budgeting and management of a $50m operating budget of IT stakeholders. The key responsibilities were monitoring IT consumption data trends from multiple sources and various business changes, and support project delivery of new services for stakeholders. This involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to formulate and carry out IT demand management processes, including demand planning, capacity management, performance monitoring and cost recovery between entities and from JV partners.
