Managing the International Recruitments for the clients that include mix of Healthcare, Hospitality & Construction as well as the internal recruitments for the company.
Analyzing the requirement and sourcing the good quality profiles accordingly.
Screening and presenting qualified candidates to the clients for consideration and coordinate the entire candidate assessment and offer process through to on-boarding with the client.
Responsible for the Recruitment cycle along with branding of the employer.
Content Developing for Job postings on different social medias like LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
Formulation of JD for different roles.
• Assisting overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures
to maximize customer satisfaction level
• Assisting team functions like manpower planning, performance improvements and training anddevelopment.

• Recruitment (all levels)
• NABH employee file documentation
• Employee satisfaction surveys
• Taking Care of Recruitment Process of Doctor's PAN-India Location
• Joining formalities
• Payroll processing
• Team building activities
• Updating of employee records daily.
• Relayed important messages from management to hospital employees quickly via word of mouth, memos and
bulletin notices
Completed internship on recruitment, payroll processing- entry level, employee engagement, F&F, Credentialing
process and job satisfaction.
