To provide an efficient, cost and time effective travel service across the business.
• To build strong working relationships with key internal and external parties to ensure all travel bookings are completed in a cost effective, timely and professional manner.
• Review and analyze costs to ensure cost efficiency.
• Provide a monthly report on all bookings made.
1. Booking all tickets, revalidations, refunds, STPC, and accommodation for Tier One Holdings on a daily basis.
2. Booking all tickets, revalidations, refunds, VIP Terminal and accommodation for Near East Securities on a daily basis.
3. Tracking all ticketing details and fares.
4. UAE visas
5. Booking hotels, transfers and car rentals.
6. Reconciling and keeping track of invoices and payments with Travel Agents for T1H, Ness and SAA
7. Monitoring, checking and ensuring that Travel Agents are not overcharging on their costs.

• Complete daily passenger manifest.
• Provide recommendations to the travel manager on improvements to the current systems, policies and procedures.
• Build a strong working relationship with the travel agent, airlines and hotel.
• Liaise with employees and/ or their Administration teams regarding their travel, accommodation and visa arrangements.
• Handling guest and travel partner enquiries through telephone and via E-mails.
• Assisting employees with travel queries and responsible for informing flight schedule changes and delays.
• Worked with South African Airways (Sharaf Travels) in Abu Dhabi as Reservation & Ticketing Officer as on 23 Jan '11 till 02 Sep '12.
• Handle walk in passengers and answer queries regarding flights and packages.
• Confer with clients to determine destination, appropriate travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required for international travel.
• Use AMADEUS reservation system to book flights and limousine service for the upper class passengers.
• Performed various kinds of reservation transactions which include booking, ticketing, interacting with vendors to make sure reservation specifications and customer service.
• Deal with complicated customer itineraries.
• Serve as general resource for client, and research client problems and resolve issues.
• Verify invoices for payment from travel agents against terms of contracts and actual services rendered.
• Prepare flight load report on daily basis.
• Study the market and propose new routes and competitive fares.
• Issue certificate and award tickets for frequent flyers.
• Prepare Daily Sales Report.
