Recruitment, and onboarding to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
• To work in close partnership with, Transact HR, concept & territory HR teams in order to
provide an efficient and quality service to the business.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
• Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training,
development & job performance.
• Conduct and analyse exit interviews and propose solutions that would maintain high retention
levels.
• Support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new processes and
technologies
