Interaction with CHA for custom clearances of import /export consignment
Follow up & Verification of documents issued by parent Co.
Maintaining MIS report on Import transaction.
Receipting of material from factories, branches and Ports (After clearing Custom / Port formalities)
Store Keeping of cold chain product (Control over incoming & outgoing goods & stock verification)
Review of sales order for inputs in order acceptance
Arrangement of vehicles for dispatch of material as per orders
Track the shipment till it reach to customers place
Stock transferring to various branches and other CFA depots over the western region & reconciliation of the same
Co-ordinating with CFA for dispatching the material to party.
Personal attention to the internal and external consumers by giving immediate feed back on the availability of the stocks, they’re outstanding and dispatches.
Collection of C form and F forms
Attending for the internal & external audits of the companies.
Forecasting of material (Follow up with sales person)
Issuing Debit & Credit Notes as per schemes
Taking Monthly Physical stock of W/H.
Maintaining Clients Outstanding and following-up for payment.
Preparing daily Sales & Stock report for Regional office.
MIS reporting to management.
Procurement of local material (carton box and ICE pack, coolant)
Placing purchase order
