Operations & Maintenance
•Identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of troubleshooting tools.
•Scheduling and planning predictive, preventive maintenance for process plants, and root cause analysis including budgeting and cost control activities.
•Monitoring plans/schedules to start maintenance activities and achieving production targets, implementing maintenance systems.
•Troubleshooting all the issues & problems in instrumentation & controls of machines.
Erection & Commissioning
•Installation and commissioning of the heavy equipments as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities.
•Reviewing engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications, cost estimates for erection & commission of the plant.
•Involved in installation, vibration performance trials, system layouts and checks of main and auxiliary machineries and preparing documents for the same.
Process Enhancement
•Identifying scope for:
Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity.
Modifications in equipments, process flow, working practices, consumables, power, etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.
•Implementing various techniques for cycle time reduction, entailing identification of opportunities, energy audits, analysis of data, conduction of tests and implementation & post audits.
•Carrying out overhauling work of equipments, modifications, and major repairs to improve equipment efficiency by faultfinding.
Team Management
•Monitoring, training & motivating the manpower for accomplishing the desired objective.
•Providing direction, motivation & training to team for ensuring optimum performance.
