Roles & Responsibilities
Scope identification and requirements gathering via meetings, interviews, interface analysis, etc.
Design analysis, pre- and post-installation reviews.
Provide advanced technical and business consultative services during the pre-sales and post-sales cycle.
Application Solution design, flow chart & Use case preparation documentation.
Support Project Managers and Program Managers in the design and development of the technical content
defined in the documentation work.
Heading the team and Coordinate with team to sign off the projects on stipulated time.
To identify the needs of customers, evaluate the opportunity of solutions that are feasible which will
improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of operation.
Generate documentation in the form of case notes, tech tips and best practices
Developing the strategies, policies and best practices through participation in team meetings and other
direct contributions.
Work on complex problems requiring in-depth fault analysis and troubleshooting skills
Provide technical training to relevant Clients business Partners, Sales Team.
Creating proof of concept and prototyping solutions using the firm's software platform.
Pre-Sales support by understanding client business needs and requirements & proposing a solution
by working closely with solution experts, Sales and consulting teams..
Extend End user level support and orientation training to customer and support users.
Handle customer User Acceptance, Outage Notification and Change Control procedures and documentation.
Handle client request priorities and coordinate with client to resolve issues.
Completing all other responsibilities, roles, tasks, duties and jobs of an implementation engineer that require his/her willingness and supervision
Recognizing problematic matters and errors in the already run or executed methods and procedures of the company and developing settlements for the same
Ensuring that the plans and programs designed for enhancing the company are enforced with compliance to the rules, standard regulations and policies of the same.
Propose best available solution to the clients according to their requirements.
Preparing of the Project Implementation Plan.
Participate in all sales meetings and prepare and analyze all information and design proposals for clients.
Coordinate with functional groups and identify all required enhancements and processes changes as per client requirement to resolve all issues and provide onsite support to all clients for implementation process.
Installation & Configuration of Web & Windows Based Application according to the client requirements.
Ensured that adequate simulation and testing takes place before applications are installed in client site.

Planning and Coordination of RFID activities including testing of in house application.
Reporting to the Software Head and assisting in getting Customer Requirements.
