•Finalization of Accounts & Financial Statement Analysis: To finalize financial statements/ reports (Profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheet) of the company & making analysis of the same for management review,
• Payment & Return Filing of Taxes: Supervising Timely Payment & return filing of TDS, VAT, Service Tax
• Working Capital Efficiency Analysis: Analyzing the efficiency of working capital i.e, Debtors, Inventory, Creditors, Cash & Bank Balances etc,
• Variance Analysis: Comparison of budget to actual; track the variances &analyze them to recommend corrective actions,
• MIS: Provide the Management and Departmental Heads with relevant MIS reports and ad- hoc reports, as required, in critical decision making,
• Cash Flow Statement: Preparing and monitoring cash flow statement to ensure effective utilization of funds,
• Accounts Payable& Accounts Receivables: Ensure timely settlement of both accounts payables & accounts receivables,
• Assisting in Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting in preparation of annual budget as per revenue forecast, Assist with monthly budgeting and forecasting,
• Payroll Processing: Monitoring &directing the payroll processing
• Financial Statements & Reports: Assisting in Finalization of Accounts including P & L Account and Balance Sheet; Variance Analysis, Financial Statement Analysis
• Taxation: Ensuring timely payments of VAT, CST, Service Tax, Excise Duty, TDS etc;
• Accounts Payable: Tracking & Verifying Payments in SAP (FI),
• MIS Reports: Generating MIS Reports as per management's instructions & needs,
• Misc: Managing all Banking Relationships, Internal Audit etc.
•Assisting the Accounts section of the company, Well Conversant with Tally ERP 9;
• Assisting in Finalization of Accounts, Preparation of P/L A/c & Balance Sheet at the end
of financial year;
• Periodical Analysis of Company's Financial Status, Generating Reports as per
Management’s requirements;
• Managing Banking Relationships.
