•Troubleshooting and Maintenance of BSCS servers based upon Solaris or Linux Platform.
•Checking Rating and Billing Process Logs and coordinating with other teams to resolve issues.
•Scheduled restarts and archiving of data and monitoring java process.
•Basic System Administration of Linux/Unix Server and basic DBA tasks for application servers.
•Creating / Modifying Shell/PerlScripts & Queries for Improving Rating and Billing Operations.
•Working on Toad and Oracle SQL Developer to retrieve data from Oracle database for generation of Business Reports.
•Executing Bill Run and Monitoring of Process during Bill Run.

•Working Experience on AIR, SDP, VS, CCN, EMA, File and Event Mediation, Online Mediation and Provisioning Gateway).
•Troubleshooting IN Application issues on service charging, provisioning, mediation under SLA.
•Hands on Experience of Mediation Related issues on EMM (Ericsson Multi Mediation) and understanding of collection, Processing and Distribution of CDR.
•Regular Monitoring and troubleshooting of charging network nodes based upon Solaris or Linux Platform.
•Experience on flow of CDR from core and service network towards Business Management System and Network Management System.
•Working Experience of Revenue Assurance Issues and Daily Customer Business Information Reports.
•Perl Scripting for automation of Health Checks.
•Co-ordinate with configuration team to perform the major activities related to any hardware replacements in Sun Servers and Storages.
