ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Supervision of Material Inspection Report.
•Supervision of material inward & issue in S.A.P System & Oracle Application.
•Supervision of raw materials register.
•Supervision of material reconciliation, stock inventory and MRR.
•Supervision of Daily maintaining of stock register.
•Supervision of Weekly reconciliation of physical stock.
•Supervision of Daily supplier bill hand over to account department.
•Purchasing of short supply
•Supervision of Records materials issued by client.
•Monitor all movement of material from the warehouse to the department.
•Identify part numbers, serial numbers and quantities and assure all match the accompanying paperwork.
•Ensure stock tickets are issued and communicated to Receiving Personnel.
•Run daily Shortage Reports to help expedite material, by coordinating with Buyers, Inspection, Planners, and.
•Supervision to prioritize and expedite “Hot List” material.
•Support material expediting and inspection release efforts when materials required for the department are at risk of delay.
•Communicate on a daily basis with all levels of Management and Warehouse In Charge on pending material issues.
•Support Physical Inventory efforts by organizing and separating inventory from non-inventory items and reallocating or returning residual project material to warehouse.
•Assist planners, as necessary, by closing work orders, resolving issues on the floor and expediting material.

Extra Role Summary:

•The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, monitoring and progress of shipment
requests to ensure the on-time delivery of products liaising with the Projects, Warehouse, Manufacturing
and Logistics Teams worldwide. Processing of imports and exports ensuring all regulatory and compliance
requirements / legislation is met.

Project Scope : Instrumentation & Electrical installation and commissioning. Around 300 Instruments provided by L&T. Automation package of Siemens and CCTV package provided by Samrakcha \[I Vision\], which same was Installed and Commissioned with support of Vendors

Project Description : Construction of bridges at 9 intersections plus roads works and other utilities as described below: construction of dual (3 lanes and 4-lanes), express ways including parallel collector distributor roads 2 lanes, nearly 40 kms. construction of post tensioned bridges at 9, intersections. earthworks, including excavation and embankment, demolition of existing pavement. construction of culvert for koc, pipelines protection. construction of a storm water drainage network, including, culverts, pipes, manholes and gullies. road works, including, pavement, sidewalks, signing and marking and concrete barriers. street lighting and traffic signals. protection, relocation and, construction of water pipelines, sanitary sewers, irrigation pipes, and electricity network of 11 kv. construction of the necessary civil works for the relocation/protection of telephone cables interfering with the works, and coordination with responsible authorities for the required relocation. construction and maintenance of temporary traffic detours necessary for the construction of other works. demolition of existing bridge (between road 306 and road 40) and construction of new one. provide two temporary steel bridges during the demolition for the existing between road 40 and road 306.

Other packages like Emerson dcs for automation, tfms \[tank from management system\] from Honeywell, CTMS \[Crude Transfer Metering System\] from GE, cctv from Nelco, aaqms & gas Analyzer, system by E&SA, fire & gas system by TYCO are also provided at site, which same are installed and commissioned by L&T.
