• Handling complete process of Delivery & Assembly (D&A) shipment from transportation.
• Goods flow KPI's monitoring, filing & reporting (Container damage, Supply discrepancy report & internal damages handling transfers to recovery the items).
• Monitor record and correct any deviations in quality, safety & security standards compliance in warehouse operation.
• Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical cycle counts, reconciling variance, empty bin, last five pieces checking, and inputting data.
• Implementing CPC (Common Planning Concept) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
• Basic merchandizing technic, Lean retailing, Ready to sale, flexibility sales space & direct indirect flow.

• Responsible for oversee shipping process to include consolidation, packing, air pallet building, transships, dispatch and transportation by scheduling and assigning various employees on different tasks and following up on results - achieved 100% task completion in initial KGL set up.
• Successfully coordinated with Kuwait Airport, Theater Express and Commercial Carries to ship the cargos/products within timeframe in KGL set up.
• Devising efficient Logistics Management System to ensure delivery of the goods / shipments as per committed timelines and cost.
• Reviews plans, organizes and directs the workload to the team; analyzes situations accurately and adopts an effective course of action
• Ensures the accurate and timely preparation, processing, distribution and retention of all necessary reports.
• Continually maintains a professional and courteous relationship with the client and ensures their requirements are met in keeping with the contractual obligations.
• Coordination and execution of the day to day operational requirements between shifts and Distribution Centre
• Monitor warehouse stock checks including picking / shipping.
• Processing DHL courier’ shipments.

Store Handling, Responsibility & Description
• Have met and exceed sales target by introduction of various prize schemes and offers.
• Plan and schedule correct and timely kitting and delivery of materials.
• Tracking inventory movement and update planner & purchaser when kit shortage occurs.
• Develop implementation plans for securing and managing account contracts by coordinating the efforts of key players in the sales and operations organizations.
• Ensure that all relevant documents are handled properly.
• Maintain MIS report.

Warehouse Quality Control, Inventory Department
• Regulating data updated on the system is accurate.
• 100% counterchecking document, quality and quantity of received materials.
• Ensures sample checks are carried out on received materials for quantity verifications.
• Review and checks the inventory reports regularly to maintain good inventory.
• Monitoring and ensuring 100% accuracy while picking, sorting and packing of materials by Warehouse team.
• Directs the flow of work; observes performance and resolves difficulties pertaining to inadequate response to movement requirements and transportation requests.
• To ascertain that established productivity and performance benchmarks are met and even exceeded.
• Responsible for the care of supplies in storage (COSIS) to maintain material in storage in ready for issue (RFI) condition.
• Monitored and ensured the information regarding damaged material is reported using supply discrepancy.
