Interpreting the nature of defects / discontinuities during NDT stages (LPT, RT, UT, MPT) and preparing the repair procedures for the same.
Witnessing Pressure test (Hydro/pneumatic) of piping systems
Inspect various test certificates, MTCs, validation along with calibration certificates of all types of Equipment’s, gauges, Instruments before job starts.
Prepare & submit periodical test reports of welding, fabrication, NDT, Painting, Internal audit reports, etc., and to follow up these process for the required corrective actions.
Involved in various inspections of Mechanical Rotating and Static Equipment’s starting from foundation hand over to final alignment.
Inspection of Blasting and painting as per code requirements.
Preparing of Mechanical Completion Certificate system wise until Pre-Commissioning
Familiar with TG integral piping, critical piping and familiar with IBR documents.
Issuing NCR if violation occurs as per the specifications.
