1) FINANCIAL PLANNING:
• Annual Financial Planning, monthly & quarterly forecasting of P&L along with finalizing annual
budget for Principal entity.
• To drive Budget preparation activity by gathering, discussing, demonstrating data to & from various
stakeholders, budget owners till its finalization.
• To provide adequate information to Management/Board to take strategic decision on important
subjects for Financial Planning.
• Presenting Annual Financial plan to Management & providing the framework which will be followed
to achieve the desired target.
• To prepare feasibility study of new project & venture from financial perspective to support
management decision on same
