There is a need to optimize the order entry processes and integrate with upstream systems like SFDC and downstream systems like Zuora.
The Telepresence & CDN project has been taken forward aiming towards following key objectives:
Optimization of the Order Management process- Reduction in Order Entry Cycle time
Responsibility:
•Understanding the requirement and scope of testing and preparing test cases by referring RFS document.
•Involved in preparing and execution of Functional/Regression Test cases based on SRS/FS (Functional Specification about particular feature)/Change request Specification Involved in System testing and Regression Testing.
•Creating Traceability Matrix to ensure comprehensive test coverage of requirements.
•Manually testing key features of the product as per the requirement and taking consideration of all standards as this portal is going to use by international users.
•Logging, tracking and reporting bugs in Bugzilla.
•End of the day reporting status to all project stakeholders.
•Interacting with users and BL for requirement, new features understanding and highlighting the defects.

The POS Re-architecture project has been taken forward aiming towards following key objectives: Optimization of the Order Management process- Reduction in Order Entry Cycle time through OSO. Reduce operational costs by rationalizing the TCL system landscape- Phase out OSO, POS application which are redundant.

•Understanding the requirement and scope of testing and preparing test cases by referring RFS document.

OSO (Oracle Sale Online) is an End-to-End OSS/ BSS solution. It is a comprehensive solution designed to serve telecom service providers who desire a pre-integrated, cost-justifiable modular solution with broad functional coverage. The Project involves the testing of the order entry, Provisioning and billing part for ISP services such as ILL, NPLC, IPL, GVPN, MMS, MHS and IDC on
OSS-BSS platform. It includes order logging, feasibility, pricing and the provisioning. The overall process includes the different tool and software such as OSO (Oracle Sale Online), POS, Liferay, Metasolv and Geneva.
Responsibility:

The Zuora migration project has been taken forward aiming towards following key objectives: Optimization of the Order Management process- Reduction in Order Entry Cycle time and bounds
Responsibility:
•Executing test cases related to end to end process for Telecom order and generating and verification of Invoice of telepresence, Jamvee standalone, Jamvee (SVC/Unified) and CDN services for new commissioning,
•Up gradation, down gradation, Termination Circuit & Billing of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
•Debit Note/Credit Note Calculation & Generation in case of Up-gradation, down gradation & Termination.
•Validate Order reports, TBR reports, Sales reports and Revenue reports
•Ensuring timely estimations of the orders received but yet to be processed
•Follow up with OM Team for correction in Circuit Data.
•Handling customer issue related to billing and ensures timely resolution of the same.

•Executing test cases related to end to end process for Telecom order and generating and verification of Invoice of Instacc, Ucass and Click 2 RTC services for new commissioning,
