Supervising and managing with all brands like Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Fitness, Timberland, North face and etc.
Ability to Identify customer’s needs and provide appropriate solution and attention

Describe a product's features and benefits.
Supporting the store team and manager to increase revenue streams and profit target and KPI's
Achieving the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques
Focusing on Up selling/ Cross selling
Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
Implement best practices in sales and service activities
Resolves customers complain by investigation problems, developing solution, preparing reports, making recommendation to management.
provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options
Perform other duties as assigned.
Greeting guests (with eye contact and smile).
Handling all the cash transaction of an organization.
Receive payment by cash, cheques, credit card etc.
Guiding and solving queries of customer.
Maintaining monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions
Juices Making and Coffee Making also.
Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register system.
Doing inventory and update for purchasing restaurant goods.
Present menus to the guests and answer questions about menu items, or making recommendations.
Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner support efficient drink preparation.
Greeting customers who enter the shop.
Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
