PNU is the first women’s university in Saudi Arabia and the largest ‘women only’ university in the world. Was responsible for
a) Students Recreation and Sports Center with state of the art sports and recreation facilities for the students such as an Olympic size swimming pool, gymnasium, basket ball courts, climbing wall, squash courts, indoor jogging track, food court, video gaming zone, mosque etc.- Area 25000 sqm.
b) Students Stadium with facilities for track and field events and a running track - Seating Capacity 7000
2. National Assembly Building, Luanda, Angola with a seating capacity of 532 people and located on a prominent site, the project aims at portraying the organization of the People’s Assembly through architectural volumes and features.
3. Al Gurm Resort and Residential Development, Abu Dhabi is a residential and tourist development nestled among the mangrove forests of Abu Dhabi. In addition to 73 private homes, the resort also offers a Five Star resort consisting of 163 suites, 3 world class restaurants, lounge bar, business center, sports center, exclusive spa center and multiple swimming pools. Al Gurm complements rather than dominates the natural landscape. The area is home to many unique plant and bird species, making it one of the UAE’s top choices for luxurious and tranquil living arrangements.
4. Fit out for Dar Al Handasah in Pune, India which comprised dedicated areas for various engineering departments, admin areas, cafeteria, printing rooms, server rooms etc. Single handedly designed, supervised and executed the office fit out within the stipulated time. Area: 44, 000 sqm Project cost: Rs. 50 million
5. Abraj Al Bait in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, a 40+ storied hotel cum residential development for pilgrims of the holy Mecca - design development studies of floor plans, sections, elevations, structural glazing, review of structural and MEP drawing
