-As a Quality Assurance Analyst plays a major role in maintaining the quality of the team
-Perform a quality audit for the team and categorize the errors such that future misses are held at stake
-Excellent in analyzing, identifying the quality errors of the fraud investigation reviews worked by the team
-Conduct case studies based on error categories in order to avoid further errors
-On the basis of analysis, I will design a best-fit action plan to improve Quality rate
-Communicate internally with Client and Customer to keep a check on quality misses
-Spot Quality is initiated targeting quality errors during the buyer account review rather than a post mortem
-Documentation of every activity performed and shared to Client such that entire team is in sync
-Attend regular meetings with Clients to understand various changes and share the same with the team in time
-Providing face to face feedback to the investigators on their matured Quality
-Helping them to improve their Quality by providing case studies on previously matured charge backs
