Lead, direct and manage a team of15 high-functioning team of
Estimators, Quantity Surveyors and Design Engineers.

Engage in high quality proposal reviews and edits from all the stakeholders while including the consultation from cross-functional departments like Sales, Engineering, Product Teams, Finance, etc.
Confer with Commercial Manager and Top Management Officials for the establishment and authorization of the selling price.Successfully acquire different subcontractor prices to facilitate a highly precise and authentic estimate.
Administer introductory engineering activities alongside the preparation and formulation of the MTO.
Manage the acquisition of several sales inquiries received from the EPC and Process Organizations as well as the End Users.
Establish and assemble a dedicated and highly functional team for the effective management of the enquiry.
Inspect, audit and critique the RFQ and the various technical specifications with the support of the team.
Disseminate information with the customers in an attempt to clearly outline the data for the various queries received.
Acknowledge and provide feedback of the commercial and technical queries.
Direct assignment transfer sessions effectively with team members and cross functional departments like Procurement, Engineering, and Project Team.

• Preparation of cost estimates for capital and expense projects.
• Provide estimates to evaluate various conceptual alternates and support economic evaluations
• Collect and correlate necessary project related cost and schedule data needed to determine equipment, material, subcontract, construction labor, expenses and such indirect as engineering, taxes etc.
• Participate in estimate reviews with project teams to ensure scope consistency.

• Develop accurate design, cost calculations for engineering, material, labor, integration, and field support in coordination with team of Quantity Surveyors/Estimators.
• Preparing BOQ, floating enquiries and getting sub-quotations, estimation and pricing.
• Drafting the written proposal document on technical & commercial offers to be sent to the customer.
• Make formal presentations of the proposal to the customer.
• Preparing equipment specifications and functional requirements for procuring bids from suppliers.

• Possess good knowledge of ASME, BS and EN codes and design soft wares PV Elite & Finglo for Pressure Vessel Design as per ASME Sec VIII Division 1, 2 and BS 5500.
• Developed preliminary design, tendering, estimates and quotation work. Constantly followed up on the dispatched quotes and provided timely reply on technical and commercial issues.

• Generated Bill Purchase Requisitions and coordinated with clients & third party inspection agencies such as ABS, DNV, BV and TUV.
