Catering to the Travel needs of a Major Corporate house in the IT Sector.
Making all travel arrangements Ex-India and Asia Pacific for the client employees.
Handling reservations on an end-to-end basis. Starting from finding the best possible deal, creating PNR’s to issuing tickets and vouchers.
Working on Turbo Sabre and Native Sabre and various other In-house CRS and booking tools.
Dealing with Flight and hotel reservations, car hires, insurance and all travel related products.
Providing after sales customer service.
Handling Reissue, Cancellation, Phase IV.
