• Responsible to solve customer queries/requests/complaints and proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the customer’s issue and challenges over the phone, email and face to face.
• Relations building with existing as well as potential customers.
• Coordinating and assisting to Marketing department to run operations smoothly.
• Giving potential inputs on behalf of team to design upcoming and new offers.
• Involved in different marketing and brand promotion campaigns; e.g. Online, Events, Kiosk and IITF.
• Responsible for back office work (Maintaining customer database and reports).
• Responsible to assist Scientific Advisor in his day to day operations.
• Documentation and File handling, Data entry and E-mailing, Library and Stationary management.
• Back office work and coordinating with marketing department; e.g. editing and rearranging contents on the website.
• Responsible for clerical duties at the office of G.M. Electrical.
• Assisting to G.M’s secretary and act an office assistant in her absence.
• EPABX handling and using of office equipment; e.g. Photo-Copier, Scanner, Printer, etc.
• Assisting in daily work; e.g. collecting information through Interne, Ad postings & Uploading Press releases, Promotional activities on Internet, Data entry and E-mailing.
• Front and Back office work; e.g. call handling, managing documents and files, some field work, etc.
• Arrangement of Meeting and Travel booking (when needed).
