• Responsible for handling DB claims, License status, credit debit balance queries, Stock status, Claims checking & entry in SAP packages and F&C form acknowledgement.
• Accountable for generating invoices stocks statements, pending bills statements damage claims (if any), planning for weekly PDP orders as per requirement, etc.
• Managing the day-to-day management of a warehouse in accordance with overall company policy and ensuring that all necessary inventories are available.
• Efficiently completing daily, weekly, monthly management report on overall warehouse performance also maintaining stores as per latest Material Management Standards.
• Maintaining the file/ documents, date entry of day to day stores transactions also maintaining the record of the received items.
• Implementing systems and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of Store operations & enhancing operational efficiency.
• Scrutinizing the material requisitions. Responsible for the verification of stock levels of general items and consumables and raising requisitions.
• Responsible for the elimination of obsolete items having no stock also analyzing nonmoving /surplus items.
• Accountable for stock maintenance & verifying with computer stocks also involved in Daily Checking Physical Stock.
• Efficiently following up with counter parts for dispatch of parts as per the orders placed also maintaining the inventory level below the specified limit considering FIFO.
• Handling teams and providing inspirational guidance & efficient leadership to achieve excellence. Devising ways for maximum productivity & team’s performance enhancement by exploring areas of value addition.
• Skilfully addressing various internal issues arising in the premises and resolving them to maintain cohesive working environment
