• Overall responsibility of the specific project.
• Studying the b.o.q in detail and budget planning of resource(manpower, material)its cost effective utilization review of the project progress against the drawing and ensure speed, economy, quality, coordination with juniors, vendors, labors, safety, quality, consultants, store, purchase departments.
• In depth study of drawings and method statement
• Planning activities on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Organizing team meeting and communication plans. Taking corrective actions whichever needed.
• Monitoring wastage and corrective actions for controlling the same.
• Interact and associate with other internal wings of the organization.
• Monitoring quality control of material and relative work areas.
• Motivate staff and vendors to complete the work as per schedule.

• Oversee rate analysis, billing, claims, and contractual matters.
• Material forecasting for making continuity in work execution.
• Identify and prepare extra items statements.
• Prepare weekly, monthly statement indicating planned targets and actual achievements.
• Check BOQ against drawings and specifications/prepare b.b.s
