TITLE : “ BLUETOOTH BASED HOME AUTOMATION USING OPTICAL FIBER CABLE ” Description : This project demonstrates a simple home automation system which contains a remote mobile host controller and several client modules (Home appliances). The client modules communicate with the host controller through a wireless device such as a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone, in this case, an android based Smart phone. This communication can be effectively accomplished with the help of optical fiber cables thus illuminating wires between control circuits to switching circuit (Relay). This project uses a central control system (Processor) that is connected with a 2.4GHz Bluetooth module, which communicates with the host mobile via radio frequency. The host mobile has an android application to control over the sequence. These control signals are transmitted through optic fiber cables to the switching end (Relay). By connecting the relay with the decoder circuit, the relay operation can be achieved.
