 Responsible for Total Facility Management Services including MEP, Housekeeping and Building Services and Administration.
 Managing all technical and Non - technical outsourced service contracts and Company personnel, including inspections and quality management of service delivery - this includes all Engineering / Housekeeping Functions/ Administration.
 Ensuring an adequate supply of materials and service for the proper operation of the buildings and enter into supply and service contracts in coordination with contracts / Stores and Purchase department.
 Routinely inspect all contracted services to ensure performance measures are being maintained.
 Train subordinates in all required aspects of the technical and non- technical services.
 Support central stores in Identifying and Sourcing Spares & Consumables for all equipment and maintaining optimum inventory
 Establish contract specific continuous improvement strategies which promote efficiency, energy reduction and best practices.
 Act as a role model for people management processes ensuring they are followed to clarify objectives, actively management performance and develop skills (121’s, Team Talks and team reviews).
 Set objectives for direct reports and renew bi-monthly. Ensure same approach and mechanisms for all staff within area of responsibility.
 Support the development of business wide FM initiatives including contract renewals and cost reduction strategies, contract management plan and customer improvement plan.
 Leadership of allocated Facility Management Contract and the associated services; ensuring excellent, consistent and compliant (timely) service is achieved.
 Establish and maintain the PPM schedule, Contract Management Plan, Training Plan, Succession Plan and all associated Health and Safety documentation for every contract.

Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements in conjunction with the outsourced service providers
 Conduct and document regular facilities inspections
 Work with the firefighting contractor to ensure compliance with health and
safety standards and industry codes
 Manage company external storage facility
 Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as
reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste
disposal and recycling.
 Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations
 Plan and manage facility central services such as cleaning, pest control,
kitchen duct & grease trap catering etc.
 Check completed work by contractors and vendors
 Verify payment and invoicing match contract pricing
 Plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels
 Ensure efficient utilization of out sourced facility maintenance staff
 Prepare and track facility budget
 Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related
budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases
 Advise on and monitor energy efficiency
 Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation, keeping staff safe
 Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new
buildings, or re-organizing current premises
 Respond to facility and equipment and system failures
 Manage the facility helpdesk portal and ensure prompt resolutions to all
issues recorded.

Vendor management
 Manage client direct installations at cinema openings to ensure that all equipment not included in the original project scope is installed and commissioned on time and in working order for the opening day.
 Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers
 Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-
effectiveness
 Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost saving
 Represent VOX proudly while managing contractor and vendor

relationships
 Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs
are being met
 Ensure delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met
 Routinely inspect all contracted services to ensure performance measures are being maintained and train reports in all required aspects of the technical and non- technical services.
Health and Safety
 Ensure that all emergency information is kept up to date and displayed clearly and correctly on all levels of the building including in meeting rooms and other areas of general public use
 Identify potential OH&S risks and take action to eliminate this in conjunction with the Property Manager
 Provide information on OH&S obligations, standards and issues that relate to the cinemas.
People management
 Act as a role model for people management processes ensuring they are
followed to clarify objectives, actively manage performance and develop
skills
 Communicate the vision and values of Majid Al Futtaim and include the
Leadership Competencies in coaching and performance discussions.

 Developing methods to predict possible hazards drawn from experience, historical data and other appropriate information sources.
 Providing training and educational support to employers and new/trainee employees.
